Just purchased a girl dress with my 8 year-old daughter today . The female cashier no smiling and no greeting, She tried to pull clothes-hanger from dress collar roughly without unbotton (She could break the new dress if she keeps doing that). I said to her: Can you please stop doing that? Finally she unbotton and she gets mad then throwed" the dress to us ask me to pay. She even didn't ask if I am member and didn't pass me the receipt. Terrible attitude and feel so disgrace. Ruining our Christmas shopping mood.Already rang store manager for formal complaint."

Here in cockburn, this particular store has limited choices and varieties really. We love the price but really hope to see more on the shelves like the footwear, bags, swimwear, etc etc. Make it like a complete, basic family ONE STOP store. So that we dont have to patronize other shops for cheap good quality clothes for the whole family. Recent addition -$2 panty is REALLY GOOD. Thank you for that. Keep it up. Price wise, they are alright. Some items are still One or two dollar more than kMrt.
