I don't often give positive reviews unless something special stands out about a business. I must say I was impressed with the advice, honesty, price and skill of installation of my dual battery unit for Cannon X Ute at Voltaic Auto Electrical. I initially visited their booth at the 4WD Show in Perth and found their young Auto Electrician (ADAM) to be extremely knowledgeable about the product I was interested in. He took the time to ensure my questions were answered, and encouraged me to have a look around" at other dual batteries at the show. So

Bought a Prado 150 series into these guys a while back with what I thought was a minor issue (turned out to be bigger then we all thought), the boys and ladies there were super helpful, friendly and reliable! They went over and beyond to make sure my car was A1 when I got it back. A massive special thanks to Paul the auto electrician and Amy the awesome receptionist for all there hard work!

Recently had an issue with my car not starting every time, I spoke to the guys at Voltaic and required a new battery.They were incredibly helpful in lending a loan car for the day so that I could still get my day done without hassle.Whilst there we spoke about options for brighter headlights for country driving and got a full LED upgraded kit for my headlights.It was a very pleasant experience and great service. The technician Paul explained each battery option and the lifespans, which was great knowledge to know for myself.Thanks guys, looking forward to working with the team again in the future.

Not a great experience. My mechanic informed me that I needed to replace my AC compressor and condenser. They were busy so I went to Voltaic as they were nearby and close to the train for work. I spoken to them about the issue and what my mechanic had said. At this point it was clear that the compressor was struggling and making a loud noise. I was convinced to do a AC service as it may resolve the issue and save an expensive repair. I arranged a date and dropped the car off and headed to work. Called later that afternoon to check what time I should come by to pick the car up to be informed that they hard started late and need the car overnight. It is our only car so this was an issue. I arranged to bring the car back the next day to finish the service the day before the Christmas shut down. Service was complete and they seemed confident it was fixed. AC held pressure and it was blowing cold air but the system still sounded like it was struggling. Christmas day I found a puddle of green liquid in the driveway (AC Leak Dye) and the AC was hardly working.I was not to put off by this as it was a risk. I subsequently procured the compressor and condenser needed and booked another date with Voltaic to fit them. Dropped the car off for the one day job, called later that day to check how things were going again to be told they had started on it later and would have to have it overnight. This was most disappointing for a second time. However the most disappointing thing was when i picked the car up the next day. AC was working great no compressor noise feeling happy. Got to school pickup and realized the wheel arch trim and not been re-attached properly. I returned to Voltaic to discuss with the tech for him to explain that the clips were single use and that he should have mentioned it. I explained being able to get me fingers in the panel gap was not acceptable and I expected it to be fixed. Voltaic called me the next day to let me know they had the clips and to stop by and they would fit them which they did.In closing. Maybe consider them for electrical work but confirm it will be done the day you are expecting. I would maybe look wider for AC repair.

Was hunting down a heavy duty 200w solar panel for our caravan all across Perth while we were passing through - where supply seems short (March '23). Chipper answered my call, gave me the Hard Korr current deal price, put it aside for me and then even gave me a call on my way just to let me know address on Google might not be quite correct and to let me know exactly where they were located. Small courtesy but nice overall touch and customer service and easy to deal with. Thanks

Great staff, great attitudes. And they do a quality, complete job. They go above and beyond for the customer, which is so hard to find in this state. Totally happy with my reverse camera, very neat job too. I’ll be back. Thanks guys and girls

Great service, fixed horn in 75 series landcruiser which the manufacturer dealership did not want to know about. Up front with cost and keep you informed throughout repair work of any changes.

I’ve had my personal ups and downs with Voltaic.. but once you get to know them, they’re pretty alright people. Would definitely recommend for Alcohol Interlocks.
