The range is diverse, the product is good. My dogs love it, I have never had to worry about them not eating. The price is not too expensive. But the best thing is the personal service, Amy at the Plainland is second to none. She welcomes me every time and always know what my dogs are wanting.

Gear range of fresh raw food, so glad that I found this place, our beloved senior dog's really love this place, good prices also, I only wish I could buy the roo mince in larger rolls then 1kg, have even ghot my dad onto this place for his just about to turn year old puppy and 1 old cat who is so fussy

Such friendly staff who truly love animals and work to achieve the very best results with the raw food they offer.I have been purchasing with them before they even had a shop front, let alone so many stores as they do now. Always top quality, fresh food my dogs have loved.Their BARF lines are awesome and very well considered for the ingredients in them.My dogs approve, particularly my girl Skye who enjoys her trips to the store where she is showered in love and gets to quality check some of the food. Seriously it makes her day and considering when we first visited she was a little nervous it's lovely to see.

Love this place. The name doesn't do it any justice really. I call it the Pet Food Deli as it has EVERYTHING in the meat, offal and animal by product lines you could ask for. Friendly staff. The outlet is spotlessly clean and meat products well vacuum packed and labelled. After your first visit you wouldn't shop anywhere else.

Highly recommend. The staff here were so helpful and contrary to my initial belief it actually doesn't cost a fortune to feed my dog well. There is a wide range of different product and prices to suit your budget.

Truly one of my favourite shops to go to. The prices are very reasonable and my puppy gets welcoming, caring attention. The staff are always happy, friendly and helpful. Couldn't be more happy with the overall experience. The food is always fresh and top quality.
