Fantastic service - fast, helpful, pleasant and fantastic local products. I ordered a hamper late on Friday afternoon, got a response within 15min and even assistance with some IT issues. The hamper was ready and delivered Saturday morning. Absolutely recommend!!

Parked to visit Urban Providore and the owner blew up about parking in the store's allocated customer parking spaces when I was a customer! The owner was aggressive and rude.

Great selection of cheese with crackers and savoury jams. The packaging adds to the gift. Also good customer service in checking delivery details. I have used Urban Providor before and I will buy from them again
