Called in yesterday morning to get a tyre fixed to get us the last leg of our trip home which is 6 hours. The staff that weren't walking around on their telephones were rude and unhelpful. When we explained the urgency of our situation the response we received was simply not his problem! So we went around the corner to Jax and were back on the highway headed home within 10 minutes.

My family has been life long customers and received good service up until last week. Personally, I won’t be returning to this facility. I feel completely let down, as I love supporting locals. But due to very poor customer service (female receptionist) I will take my business else where & warm others to avoid.

Really genuine and helpful. I got there right before they closed and they helped me out when I needed a new tyre (old one couldn't be saved). We all know how horrible it is when someone comes in just as you close especially on a Saturday.But they were just lovely they had a tyre in stock changed it over for me (saving me plenty of anxiety not having a good spare).The gentleman you changed the tyre was efficient and thorough.All work completed I payed the bill and was wished a good weekend.Fantastic customer care and service.

Really can not complain, I went there and they fixed my horse floats tyre without being booked in, I had hole in the tyre and needed new tyre, they checked all the air in floats tyres and I ask could they do it in my 4 x 4 drive and they was happy to do it, I love good customer service and they was great and ask quote on 4 x 4 new tyres and they given me 3 different prices.Been going to them for years, you will be most happy as I was and you just got shops close by to have a look around while you wait.I just waited there as they was quick as anything, keep it local I say.

Had a flat tyre on the work van. Dropped by hoping to get a plug put in. I went inside spoke to a gentleman and he organised for the van to go straight in. Within 5 minutes it was on a jack and getting fixed, I went for a walk for about 20 minutes and when I got back to it was just coming down off the jack.Walked in and paid and off all ready to go, good price for a walk in plug and quick and friendly service is always appreciated.
