Optus Point Cook

I've never seen such a pathetic and rude customer service team sitting in a physical location. They act as though they own the customers (which is quite funny considering it is actually the customer who pays for the service!).Have been here a number of times and I totally understand the waiting time to get a chance to discuss the purpose of a customer's visit but the attitude of the team here is really bad. Hope the management does something to fix the issues. After seeing the other reviews for this location, I understood am not alone who experienced it.

Pathetic service by the people here. They promise blindly without even checking the availability of phones and when you start questioning, they start playing blame games and make the customer run in circles between them and customer care. Before ordering they are very polite and start acting arrogantly post sales. The overall rating of 2.8 is an apt representation of their pathetic service

Narin was amazing she helped me through out and showed me how to set everthing with my phone. Highly recommend

Worst shop experience ever. Their supervisor is unprofessional and rude. I got into a new plan and got a faulty handset and when escalated it to manager she was overall not ready to help . Not sure how they are still in business!

Really poor experience. I had been trying to activate my work voicemail on my work phone for 2.5 weeks. Been into the store twice and served by the manager - Naurin. Walked away the first time, being told that my issue had been resolved once I had waited 48 hrs. Issue had not been resolved, and therefore, I had to go back back to the store whereby she locked herself in her office, refusing to talk to me. I understand that there are policies in places for verifying accounts, which had been done with my manager; however the total lack of communication and the fact that Naurin got angry when I explained that she was incorrect with her statement, was totally avoidable had she dropped her ego and tried to communicate more effectively with customers. Optus should really invest customer service courses for 'management'.

Was acknowledged as soon as i got in. The dude who was looking after me embarrassed me with his questions, especially when I'm sitting between two other customers. Why aint the help desk separated or at least have space, where customers don't hear every single word being exchanged between each other. Just wanted out after setting my phone up. Should've just drove to Werribee plaza l, where I feel your conversation ain't heard.
