Great initiative, donate an old bike, buy a fully restored bike or get your own bike professionally serviced. Very reasonable priced heaps of parking and super friendly volunteers look after you every need. Highly recommended.

The staff were incredibly considerate and took the time to listen attentively to my needs. They not only diagnosed the issues promptly but also explained the repairs needed in a clear and understandable manner, handling my bike with great care and precision.Also, as a community service, they totally understood my financial constraints, showing their commitment to helping others. Back2Bikes accepts donated bikes and volunteers check and repair them. Half the bikes are given to low income people, the others are sold. A great service.

But delayed but I cannot thank the staff enough for the generosity with their time and knowledge. As a newbie to bikes I wasn't sure what I wanted/needed but their suggestions were sensible and spot on perfect (and there was none of the ridiculous oversell you get at a bike store). I love my bike! It's perfect for me. It was very well priced. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

If you value your safety go to professionals. When I got there the manager fell of his own bike he repaired because it fell apart when he did a test drive. Still bought a bike. Drove 10 meters and it started screetching. Turns out they wrongly installed the tires. Then that manager was bold enough to be a c about it when I wanted a refund.

A great place to learn the basics and the not so basics of bicycle repair and maintenance. Friendly atmosphere and no pressure. How and when you volunteer is entirely up to you. And they have the best equipped workshop you're ever likely to find.

Wanted to get hybrid tyres for mountain bike. Got great advice, good tyres, and good service. Awesome group of people to deal with
