Great hygiene, wonderful place to shop in, Christmas decorations are great, just the right amount and not overstocked with the decorations. Staff are genuinely helpful and welcoming, price is good for the quality of products sold here. Today it was for Christmas goodies. 2 Christmas themed cupcakes and rum balls, who could resist heh heh not me.

Disappointing to pick up your daughters birthday cake to be handed a cake that looked nothing like the requested cake!!Happy birthday writing half covered in over icing, as well as the zooming in on the feature car and cutting half the picture off. Extremely disappointed and will not be getting another cake made at the Bundaberg shop!!

We have tried lots of different cakes, all have a funny taste. The pavlova had a chemical taste and the chocolate on other cakes had a not very nice, orange taste.The chocolate tasted off. As we have tried a large variety of cakes over the past few years and have not liked any of them, I wonder if they are frozen cakes that haven't been stored properly. For so many to taste so bad over a long period of time. Something is going wrong and should be investigated.I have contacted the business many times, their response is sorry to lose you as a customer". They should be finding out what the problem is

Ordered a fancy cake online in advance in readiness for a celebration. Picked up the cake and it was exactly like the photo online - boxed beautifully for transportation and tasted bloody sensational! All my guests who had a piece of the cake could not compliment it enough. Thank you so much!!!

As a family of 5 we are not allowed to enter the shop due to their restrictions. Covid restrictions have been lifted nation wide yet they enforce non mandatory restrictions. We will not return again.

I ordered a cheesecake for my Mum today for Mother’s Day. The lady who took the order was super lovely, went out of her way and made sure my mum had a great surprise. Her husband even delivered it today on time with personal message and she said it’s delicious, thanks again. Very happy :)
