After spending $80,000 with this entity, we call them ONCE in 5 years as a poorly designed drawer/hinge formation in a bedroom cupboard meant that a hinge fell off. Google the broken Blum hinge - no longer available.I called them to ask if they could send Mohammed out to repair it or recommend someone who could help me.“Unfortunately we are not able t o help you on this occasion” comes the terse response from Lynette Singleton office manager.Thanks heaps. Happy to take all the cash at the time.Extremely disappointed in this very poor customer service.

Mohammed and the Emporium Kitchens team have been fantastic with our providing the stone work, cabinetry and joinery for our kitchen, laundry and wardrobes. They use high quality Blum hardware and were able to accomodate our very custom kitchen requirements. Throughout the whole process they have been very helpful and we got exactly what we expected. We would definitely use them again.
