Australia Post - South Perth Post Shop

One day, I deposited my money in this post. The staff is very rude and unfriendly. Another day, I was waiting for this package a long time. I decided to stay at home the day that I should be receiving the parcel. When I opened the door, I just received the card saying that I missed it. How come? I was at home all day. At least knocking my door a bit longer (I assumed its just one time or didn't knock at all cause like I said I was at home all day) or try to call my name first before giving this card. Now, I have to wait 3 more days to pick up the parcel cause they're closed on weekends. Such a pain dealing with this South Perth au post. Angelo street au post is the best. Better customer service and I always receive the parcel on time.

Great little historic post office, staff are very helpful and they really went out of their way to make sure I got my documents where they were needed and on time. Big thanks to sarah for your assistance.

Kay of the South Perth Post Office in Mill Point Road gave me exceptional customer service in going out of her way in solving an issue I had with my National Police Certificate. She was able to short circuit the arduous and not effective online procedure with the Police Dept and resolve my problem within the day. There should be more Kay's"!!"

The service here has significantly improved over the last couple of years. I’ve had much more positive experience recently with the staff here and I also like that you can pick up your parcel from the back of the post office during the additional hours available to collect your parcels (see attached photo). This extra availability to collect parcels has been very helpful especially during periods of full time work. Only downside is when posties don’t knock on your door when you are home meaning you have an extra trip to the post office …

This is not really the post shop but their delivery guys. We have to go to their shop to pick up a small package that was sent via Australia post because they claim they could not deliver it to us. We are an office and have been open all day. I paid for delivery between two locations and now I have to drive across town to pick it up anyway.

Have always found the staff here cold & unfriendly. Would only go there if absolutely necessary i.e to pick up a parcel otherwise avoid at all cost. Try going to Angelo Street local post office - you get a much better & warmer service.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Clean and large shop. Parking lot is small, but you can quite easily find a parking spot if you're patient because most people don't spend a lot of time here.

Great service, quick and easy, only was there for around 10 mins and I got everything done that I had to.

Extremely poor customer service, unhelpful and unreasonable staff with terrible attitudes towards customer service. I'd had no problems here with simple purchases in the past, but most recently when it came to resolving a simple issue with posting a parcel then the level of customer service was appalling. I generally avoid posting bad reviews but felt so strongly about my experience here that I'm writing to warn others.
