Ordered parts for a Karcher Pressure Cleaner from Brendan on the Friday and they arrived in Cobar, NSW on the Wednesday.Extremely happy with the service and prompt delivery.

would rate 0 if it was able to for this company as there price gouging costumer's on the cost of labor once they pull your item apart and if your not happy with there price they charge you a quote fee of $66.00 and give you your product back in parts and if you do let them do it item comes back with other faults and they tell you there is no warranty given ... also asked for my old parts that come out of my unit to be returned to make sure they did the job with new parts they charged me for and was given back some parts with a lot that can be still used gone ( springs and seal's missing ) personally i would stay clean of this company as there rude to customers and not professional there repair work on Karcher pressure washer's work they do...

Very helpful staff sorting out my pressure washing equipment they even went and fixed some other issues with no extra chargeThanks guys
