We love this place so much we came back for breakfast twice in a row! Amazing coffee! Amazing food and great service! What more could you ask for!!! The first day my hubby has the special which was mushrooms and goats cheese and long black, I had a latte and Benny burger. Both meals and coffee were fantastic. Great atmosphere and friendly helpful staff. I'd recommend getting in early or booking a table as the second day we went we had to wait about 15 minutes for a table which was fine as we just went for a walk along the beach and they called us when our table was ready. No complaints at all and will definitely be returning!

While staying in Airlie Beach for a few days, we really liked dining at this restaurant.Found the service was extremely friendly and the food of a good standard.Breakfast we did find the chipolatas to be very tasty, so a good add-on that I would recommend.We also had dinner there one night and really enjoyed the fish cakes and Duck pancakes, but the spicy bird pizza didn't work for us.Highly recommend giving their cocktails a try as well.

We had a great dinner here. Tried our luck without a booking and they only had bar high tables left.Pizza was so good, it was so loaded with toppings and had a thin crispy base.Dessert wasn't the best, it was pricey and I felt a lot of it was stuck to the pan it came in, but it tasted good at least. Service was good. High tables require ordering at the bar.Cocktails were good.

I love this place, everything about it just ticks all my boxes. Just recently had my birthday and it was perfect. The staff are very accommodating and the food is next level. It's my favourite.Great service, excellent food, what more could you ask for.

THE SERVICE: I’ve been to this restaurant three times (2x dinners and 1x breakfast) in this holiday and every single time, the wait staff have been super friendly and delivered above and beyond quality of service. I’d love to give it five star coz the waitresses and the counter people are so nice, friendly and fast but the food quality has some room for improvement. There was access to toilet.THE FOOD:The seafood taster was of nice quality, wasn’t an overbearing quantity and perfect for light dinner for two. The medium rare rump steak was a bit dry. The Benny Breakfast was so good, I finished it in a few minutes.THE DRINKS:The strawberry daiquiri cocktail was a little too sweet. The coffee is so good and the atmosphere has a good sound-proofing for an intimate conversation during meals.Despite the four stars, I’d still highly recommend this place to everyone.

Great place for breakfast, nice breeze off the water. Extremely friendly staff. Food was the best I've had in a very long time. Never had eggs this good, at any restaurant I've been to in years. I had the Chilli Sambal eggs, and they were perfectly cooked to our request, and the flavour and spices were spot on. 100% my place for breakfast in Airlie Beach. If I had to give it a negative, the wait time was a little longer than expected, but definitely worth it for the food we had.Coffee and hot chocolate, also really nice. Highly recommend The Deck.

Pros: Great coffee & locationCons: • We asked about taking the coriander off the Chilli Eggs as we saw the “sorry no swaps”; waitress who took our order confirmed this was fine. However, upon receiving there was still coriander riddled throughout the eggs. Presume it is pre-made and only the coriander garnish can be removed? But would have been nice if the waitress, or Chef, had advised us so we could order something else.• Eggs Bene was underwhelming. One piece of toast was burnt, the butter was not spread evenly (or at all it appeared), the eggs were hard boiled, and not enough hollandaise :(

Beautiful food at a moderate-high price, friendly and attentive staff. Lovely location (went at night). Had a 30 minute wait to get in but well worth the wait.
