Princess collection is fantastic, this is the second time I’ve been here for formal dresses for my daughters and the service was so good and so friendly, they were always smiling, so happy to help even know we got out 10 different dresses to try, we shopped around over 5 different stores and princess collection were by far the best quality. I’d recommend checking it out if anyone needs a beautiful dress for that special occasion. Thank you guys for making my daughter feel so comfortable and happy

I had bad experience with Princess collection. The wedding dress was very expensive. The dress she said she was ordering the bigger size, she didn’t, instead, she gave me the smaller size 10 days to my wedding. I actually ordered the dress in August and my wedding was October. Management was very rude to me. When I called, she will give the phone to her sister to answer. I ended up getting another dress cuz the dress was small. I bought the dress from Princess Collection $3000.00. Bad management

Fantastic service. The girls are lovely and make you feel comfortable. Trying dresses on can be so daunting. Dresses are such good quality and a huge range to choose from. Highly recommend.

The staff here are absolutely amazing. Victoria and Jazmin were so welcoming and made the bride feel valued. Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for bridal and formal wear.

Victoria and Jazmin, we’re absolutely amazing. Incredible experience finding my wedding dress which I said yes too. Both of the lady’s were both so professional and helpful, warm and welcoming. This bridal shop stands out against all others I went to they went the extra effort by fitting the dresses to me so I could see how it would fit against my body so I could truly invision what I’d look like.Thankyou so much Victoria and Jazmin ❤️ can’t wait to continue my wedding dress journey with you for my fittings.-Angel

This was the second boutique we visited and in comparison to the first, the quality of the gowns at Princess Collection really is first class. My daughter, who was shopping for her Year 12 formal, was able to choose 10 dresses to try on (whilst she only tried on 3 at the first shop). Victoria was so fabulous in providing suggestions which fit my daughter's dress brief" perfectly! She was also honest and very professional providing feedback in a way which allowed my daughter space to admire herself in all of them and make her own decisions. We went back after a few days so that she could try on her top 2

I had come into the boutique to shop for my 21st dress and had a lovely experience with Victoria who helped me find my dream dress for my night. The staff are very friendly and the boutique is beautiful with countless amounts of dresses in different sizes and styles that is bound to suit everyone's event needs! My dress wasn't in stock in the colour i wanted, but Victoria was able to order in my dress just in time for my event. Id recommend Princess Collection to anyone who needs a gorgeous, elegant dress for their event.
