dont waste your time, they never answer phone for a start, then seem disinterested and you have to explain to them the same thing on many occasions then the fob you onto another orgainsation.

Treated like a criminal when asking for legal advice. Given unsolicited financial and medical advice from these crooks. The person kept flip flopping on his thoughts. I think this is where the people who failed law come to work

The lawyers and office staff are caring, helpful people, however the whole service is restricted to a useless phone system that only a millionaire could afford to use.I used my whole months phone allowance in one day and still didn't get to speak with anyone!

My children's amazing caring solicitor walked the journey beside them throughout the Family Law Court, she heard their voices and represented their needs desires and wishes above and beyond what I could have ever imagined and am very thankful for the way they respected my children and gave them a voice.

Had the most terrible expierence with Hayley dean from legal aid at Gosford hopeless I don’t know how she has a job she never answers the phone or email she would honestly rather let people die because doing her job and calling her clients is “to much effort” for her do not reccomend

Went to sign a document but due to a miscommunication was unable to get it signed and drove 45 minutes there and back for nothing. The people were, however very nice and understanding just a bad miscommunication problem.
