Marion Store SABought a small Garden Shed , box unpacked lots of the assembly part missing , Jess in the garden section was fantastic and arranged to replace the missing parts within the hour . Nice to come across a very positive employee .

Bunnings is a favorite place to go of mine. Staff are always helpful and friendly. On a Sat&Sunday it is always busy but plenty of parking, on the same site as Westfield Marion.

Long queue at the checkoutWhen I asked why the self service tills weren’t open, I was told the staff member was on a break.Once again customer service as to be expected from a company with what amounts to a monopolyI just wish there was an alternative

Terrible customer service arguing with the price of a piece of timber even after showing a photo of the price. basically getting told we are liers stating its been put in wrong pile even though there's a whole stack of them.

Staff at “service” desk are surly and unhelpful at the best of times but when challenged (overcharged) they are downright rude. Kristy, get a job stacking selves.

Part of a large behemoth which cornered the market! Generally well stocked,being a Mega store ,but now having to compete with their other nearby newer stores! They stock virtually everything you could ever need, but finding the right isle can be a little tricky!Categories include Lawn and Garden, Building Materials, Paint Supplies,Hardware Tools,Furniture Storage and Organisation, Home Decor,Plumbing Supplies, Home Improvements, Lighting,Cleaning Supplies,Doors and Windows,Heating,Cooling and Ventilation,Kitchen Home Improvement Laundry Care, Household Supplies, Electronics, Appliances and much more!! If you're lucky enough to find someone to help you, they appear to lack product knowledge and experience,and will appear nonchalant and reticent in assisting! Bear in mind they have little in the way of opposition and can do as they like as they have cornered the market,thanks in part to the demise of Masters!

Bunnings is great for wide range of products and its fantastic customer service support. That's about all Bunnings and then branch by branch you may receive a different support from the staff when having questions and need help, I have been in many of Bunnings and some get 5 stars, some 4, depends of how the staff treat the customers. The garden area experience was lovely, and better than the tools area! In general it was good and it is one of the good visits to Bunnings!

A big Bunnings store with everything you'd expect. It has one of the better garden centres as well as hardware, tools, outdoor furniture, barbecues, sheds, pool supplies, home improvement products and a whole lot more. The staff are friendly and helpful. Parking can be a hassle at peak times. And most weekends you can enjoy a sausage sizzle and help a local charity at the same time.

We needed some plumbing attachments for our rain water tank, staff did try to help, but we persevered trying different options until we happened apon the right fittings going together. Staff were very helpful. We have shopped there many times in the past.
