Great experience with Indian motorcycles Auburn. Walter and David have been very helpful and easy to work with. Bike was ordered, installed extras, and registered. The process was easy and smooth, I just had to ride away with a smile.

Went to penrith store to buy a new helmet. Couldn’t get any assistance from staff. I left the store and rang them up. I asked for a certain helmet in a size they didn’t have and was informed that I would be required to pay 50% before they would get it in from another store.I then drove to the auburn store to see if they had one. Once again no assistance. Tried on the helmet in the size that fitted. I bought the item and was asked if I had found the item with assistance and informed the guy at the counter of my experience. His response was “yeah right, but you got what ya wanted yeah?”Poor sales poor attitude and poor customer service.

Great service. The team helped me get the accessories I wanted fittedon the bike. comprehensive insurance sorted at a great price. Organised the finance and delivered. Enjoyed the process and will be coming back when I'm ready for another bike.

A real premier motorcycles dealership.The Second Indian ,modern era,dealership opened in Australia after the Melbourne flagship opening. Originally a Victory dealership but with Polaris purchase of Indian motorcycles it soon became a combined dealership.With the withdrawal of Victory from the market this dealership became an exclusive Indian dealer.It is located at 554 Parramatta Road in Ashfield in Sydney.A large modern showroom that usually has around 50 new bikes well displayed.A modern service department in also located in the premises .A customer lounge has free refreshments including boutique coffee or cold drinks along with biscuits.Toilets are also clean and well stocked.Ample range of Indian clothing includes all aspects of riders gear such as leather jackets boots (Redwing) ,helmets,jackets,t shirts ladies clothing including singlet tops and bling gear.Amongst the store stock one can find tin signs,limited edition Indian book etc.They also stock a page array of being and upgrades for Indians.If you are serious they have a full range of demonstrator models for extended test rides that can be extended for the serious potential buyer to a full weekend.A limited range of non Indian secondhand bikes can be often seen.

David and Walter are assets to this organisation. They built rapport with me, helped me buy my dream bike and turned the process around so quickly. As a female rider, it can be daunting going into these shops, I never felt out of place. These two blokes are legends.
