Telstra Helensvale

Don't have the phones they have on display. If you don't want to come back another day or travel to another store you must upgrade to the next model phone. Not happy at all.

Jarrod, Jayde and Brad have given me a great experience mentally and physically about my subscription with the Telstramon.They helped me find the perfect phone and plan that allowed me to connect with all my naughty pleasures. I got an iPhone 13 with extras and bonus all while having a great chat and sessions with the guys. I walked in there on my lunch break with no issues or wait time.I will look to go back shortly to discuss my massive gastro issue

Slow service. Oh my god it’s slow. Staff are probably nice but floor manager was brisk (putting it nicely) when asked a question about a phone. Needing to book a time and sit down feels like being trapped into their processes and not very customer service oriented. One ⭐️ for not being focused on the customer

On the 28th February we went to the Helensvale Telstra store. Damian the store manager was talking to his mate in front of the store and did not want to be bothered. We waited and waited, and saw one employee take a look at us and then decide to go into their staff area. All other employees had clients with them. We asked Damian for assistance but he did not want to be bothered as he was still gossiping with his mate in front of the store.It's no wonder these places receive such bad reviews, the employees simply don't care. In Helensvale the store manager sets the standard for all his team. The staff here help customers when and if they feel like it. I always felt that when Andy Penn was in charge of Telstra customer service was a lot better. Senior administrators at Telstra need to look closely at the staff they hire as managers because these people are the window to your corporation, and in this regard, the store manager at Helensvale does not deserve to keep his job. It maybe timely to remind all your staff that without good customer service, you'll find yourselves without customers and eventually without jobs.This type of attitude sent us straight to Woolworths where we purchased a Nokia mobile.Thank you Telstra for confirming what an appalling corporation you continue to be.

Bad Service, first i had to wait 5 min for someone to come and speak to me and then all I wanted was to talk to someone about a phone and some payment plans. But they said they had no one available until 4 days later. that's NOT good enough for a shop you think you can just walk in and get help. Well i guess they lost a customer that was willing to change plans and switch to them. But I better be off going to JB Hi-fi to get the phone I want and pay for it straight forward with way better service that I have received from them even tho they were way busier in the shop.

If you want to walk in to get a new phone forget it you have to wait 2 days for a damn appointment to purchase something.

For 2 weeks i was unable to call out and no one was available to call in due to technical issues.I had called the customer service team at least 6x with the same reply- escalation after escalation, no call back, just telling me another department was looking into this and wait.I decided to go into the Telstra Helensvale store, and both times had amazing customer service from Sam Barakat who helped me with a secondary number to use in the mean time, and Brie Vickers who fixed my phone within 5min!!Not only did they both give me exceptional customer service, but they went above and beyond to get this resolved !You both deserve a day in leiu, great team, and very friendly!Thankyou Sam and Brie, legends!

Damien and Ming together don’t understand customers or their expectations.Fairly simple transaction turned into explanations of policy and procedures.Ming did not ask questions to uncover what our needs were. Making assumptions- clearly incorrect.Manager - Damien very smirk and wasn’t that interested in helping us. Private conversation with staff member (of which we overheard) clearly belittling us.Again Telstra letting the customer down !!!Furthermore, while trying to complete the original transaction, Ming deleted my wife as an authorised signatory, (without any knowledge to us) until I received an email confirming his actions. When I raised this, his answer was, that’s what the system does. He said he was going to reload her as an signatory.When I confronted him and asked him why he didn’t say anything, he became very rude and partly annoyed I had pulled him up on it.
