Very very helpful staff with good selection of travel bags

The shop attendant was so rude and arrogant! Wondering how such an unwelcoming person with a sick attitude got hired in the first place. Never going back to this shop ever again! Thanks to the old lady for ruining my day!

Very rude lady on counter, arrogant and unprofessional - please don’t go there to get insulted.

I've bought a few items from Strandbags before and have not been impressed by the quality...nonetheless I had never complained before, until today. Today, I have substantial reason to review this store because, on top of purchasing a poor quality item, I received appalling treatment from the shop attendants at the Woden outlet.I recently purchased a Colorado wallet in December, and upon purchase, I specifically asked about the warranties on their wallets because I've had experience of getting poor quality items before at this store. I was told that I am welcome to return the wallet anytime if it was unsatisfactory, and that the warranty details were listed on the receipt.Within 2-3 weeks, the threading around the seams was already coming out and it was tearing at the bottom. I had fortunately kept my receipt of purchase and the packaging, and decided to return that wallet for a refund or replacement at the shop in Woden where I bought it.I have to say I was not expecting the appalling treatment I received at the shop. There were two shop attendants there, both older-looking females. I approached one of them with my wallet in hand and informed them about the issue with it. She asked her colleague who had just finished serving another customer and they both told me that I could not return the wallet because it was already outside 30 days of the date of purchase.Quite contrary, their Returns Policy (attached photos below) clearly states that returns are gladly accepted for refund or replacement for faulty products or those that don't meet the intended purpose. Only Change of Mind returns should be within 30 days of purchase.I immediately mentioned this to them, but they still denied this and asked me to check the Colorado website for the warranty. I agreed to check the website, of which I don't think I needed to because their store policy is clearly stated and doesn't mention anything about contacting the manufacturer. I briefly went out of the store, and as I browsed the internet for the Colorado returns policy, I saw that it didn't mention any timeline for returns of products, apart from 14 days for Change of Mind returns. I also checked the Strandbags website and it stated the same 30-day Change of Mind details as on my receipt, but no timeline for other types of returns. I am well aware that a product should have a reasonable lifetime before wear and tear, but for this wallet, it was too short.After about 15 minutes, I went back to the store again to clarify this, and as I walked through the door, I saw the two shop attendants' reactions when they saw me walk in. One of them turned their head away, as if in disgust, and mouthed Oh God..." and more

Visiting most of the time but not feel good with the service, one lady of Woden store is so rude. She keep interfering while looking the bags. Don’t know how to cooperate and conversation to the consumer. But the thin and tall girl (don’t know her name)is very good.

Customer service at woden branch is pathetic the lady on counter was so rude and racist, I just asked for price of the bag because I couldn't find the price tag she came and showed me because it was struck in security tag and told me more 20% extra discount and went back to the counter, i asked what will be the exact amount after discount she just said what what are you saying, what do you mean in a completely rude way and i told her why are you rude to me she said no I am not but I already told you 20% discount. is it a way to handle the customer I was gonna buy the bag but I am sorry if people are racist and rude to me there are so many good places to buy the bag. You should improve your customer service.
