We have used Australian Floor care twice and have been very pleased with the result on both occasions. Most recently we chose blackbutt engineered flooring which was finished on site and are happy with the color,grain, fit and detail of finishing.The installers and finishers were very pleasant and got the job done quickly towards the end of the build when time was tight. Promised to call to make measure and quote appointment. Didn't call despite six text messages, four voicemails, four emails and a second futile visit to the McDowell address - all requesting confirmation. Lots of 'pleases' in there too. Zero response. Not even 'Sorry, can't come'. Nothing, not a word. What a terrible way to treat a potential customer.
