Amy did an amazing job with the alterations of my wedding dress! It was a tricky alteration to do but she managed to get it perfect!Will definitely be back ! She also let me pick up the dress on a public holiday too! Works seven days a week! She is Super Women! Thanks Amy

Amy provides the best alterations service there is in Sydney. No dress or gown is too complicated for her to alter. I travel 1 hour to have Amy alter my clothes. She is simply the best! Thank you Amy for always providing a wonderful service.

The best in the business. Amy deals with difficult fabrics and major alterations with ease. I have to buy my dresses 2 sizes bigger to fit my bust and she completely modified the dress even better than the purchased one. Fast turn around and a lot cheaper than others in the Sydney region. She's open long hours and parking is easy.

Wow, wow, wow. Thank you Amy for doing such a perfect job on my two tiered maxi dresses, and at a reasonable price. I was anxious about finding the right alterations place as the dresses were expensive, but I read Amy's reviews and decided to trust her with them. I'm so glad I did. The reviews don't lie. I had the lengths of both dresses altered, while taking one in and adding an invisible zip to the other as the bust was too tight. I'm so happy with the result and won't be going anywhere else for my alteration needs.

Im not usually one to post negative reviews, but Surpassed Alterations has such glowing reviews that I feel people should also know of my experience and be careful.Amy is a lovely lady, but perhaps being overly busy and taking on too much work at a time can cause her to be forgetful and careless.I had paid for 3 things to be done to my wedding dress - let out at waist, shorten length, and shoulder strap adjustment. When I went back to pick up the dress, she had only done one thing - let out the dress at waistline. When I noticed the pins were still in, I mentioned to her the dress had not been shortened, and she admitted she forgot. Which was fine, as long as she fixed it .. but she also tried to convince me that the length was fine (it was not, and being pregnant I did not want to risk falling over …)Amy did end up fixing it for me in 2hours. When I went back to pickup, I noticed that the shoulder straps had not been altered either, but she convinced me that it was fine to leave as it was (even though I had paid for it already). I trusted her and went home. I should probably mention that the pickup had been delayed by 1.5 days already at this stage.On the day of my wedding, unaltered shoulder straps kept falling off, and ruined a lot of my photos. I also had to constantly pull it back up into position - not a good look on such an important day! Amy was nice and apologetic, but purely on an objective level I feel people should know of my experience and be careful.
