Andrew was great. First appointment explained what was up with my feet and answered all questions. Showed me 3D models on the screen of my running technique.Upfront with any pricing if you want to get custom made orthotics. Got a foot scan and back in 2 weeks for the fitting appointment.Friendly dude and receptionist was great with any payment inquiries.

Spencer is friendly, thorough, and great at explaining how best to look after my feet (flat feet + foot surgery a few years ago). The orthotics have been great and I'm a very happy client.

Could not recommend the Foot Group more. After years of physiotherapy treatment for blisters on my feet I had three sessions with Thy" who prescribed me the most comfortable pair or orthotics I have had in my life and some much needed running wisdom. I just completed my first half marathon with no problems with my feet

5 stars for impeccable service. Andrew fit me in at short notice as I was in acute pain. He was friendly and accommodating and even though he didn't have a moon boot on hand for me, he called the local physio to arrange a boot from there. Off he went & purchased it on my behalf and came back to his rooms to fit for me. This was really impressive and I would recommend coming here for your podiatry needs!

We visited Andrew at The Foot Group recently to assess my daughter's feet. He is great with kids and she actually had fun on her visit! He videotaped her walking on a treadmill. We later analysed this video on a computer in a consultation room. He also had an interesting device that she stood on and he was able to see on his computer where she was putting pressure, underneath her foot. I was impressed with the technology he used in her assessment, as well as how knowledgeable and professional he was. My brother-in-law has seen Andrew too and had some orthotics made, these have given him a lot of relief from pain that he was experiencing in his feet. Thumbs up!

Highly recommended. Expert, unbiased advice, friendly service, reasonable fees. Saw Gabby re getting orthotics and have no complaints at all. She also recommended a particular brand of shoes (Bared), bought a pair and found that they are great. No issues at all.

I visited Andrew as a result of plantar fasciitis - a pretty painful & inconvenient ailment. Andrew spent considerable time trying a few options to manage the condition before we decided that it was going to require orthotics.This was just on 2 years ago now - but the care & attention to detail taken by Andrew in putting my feet through their paces (so to speak) & measuring up for my orthotics was really obvious on a recent holiday where we WALKED and WALKED for 5 weeks. I put my orthotics in my everyday walking shoes and did not have a single niggle for the duration of the holiday. I was expecting a few aches and pains - but not a single issue & we did a lot of walking on this trip.My orthotics need to be reviewed as they are now 2 years old but I will definitely be heading back to Andrew at the Footgroup. Excellent service & a top bloke.
