NDIS participants stay away!! These people take advantage of the vulnerable & hide their honest reviews. They use substandard materials and charge overinflated prices. Using plywood but charging as though it’s gold dipped ornate timber work you’d seen in a palace. They won’t complete the welding of metal instead leaving open cut ends with sharp edges to tear your delicate skin open. Remember, these people are being mostly recommended to do modifications for those with disabilities and/or mobility issues.They take months to complete jobs with zero communication but take no time at all to invoice wanting payment for their substandard work. When you give them the feedback, they ignore it and instead concern themselves with hiding the factual reviews left to warn others.Save yourself the frustration, disappointment and risk of being ripped off and go somewhere else.

Would never recommend. NDIS participants beware. They assume because we have a disability we must be stupid. Charging over $1200 for 16 blocks of plywood to sit under the feet on a modular lounge and cutting a bed rail down in height. Plywood is sharp and splintered, paint scuffed and welding on bedrail incomplete with sharp edges that tore my skin the first time getting into bed. Took months to get the job completed with zero communication but no delays in sending the bill through. No follow up when dissatisfaction communicated but they've managed to hide truthful google review left.*Edited to update 3 months after this job began:Ryan contacted me a month after the job was completed only after seeing this review. Suddenly he wanted to rectify the issues. Another month, 4 more visits & finally I have a bed rail without sharp edges and proper feet under the sofas. I am satisfied that finally the job is done however, still would not recommend this business. It should not take over 3 months and all the headaches to get a simple job completed. Ryan believes they “bent over backwards to fix the issues”. Had they done the job properly in the first place there wouldn’t have been issues to fix.

The thought that went into the design has changed my life. I cry with joy that I will be able to shower with my eyes open now that the mirror that distorted my vision is gone, and a new smaller mirror placed well out of the line of sight. It was as if you knew all my problems and fixed them for me!So much care has been taken by all your staff to ensure that a person with a disability can have what they need in a bathroom that still looks normal" and amazing.The friendliness and professional behaviour of your staff was outstanding. Flawless experience. Scott from Qspec renovated my mothers bathroom an absolute pleasure to deal with and his tradesmen skill is no doubt the best on the Sunshine Coast. Every tradesmen that came through from Qspec were polite efficient and happy to explain the process. 6 stars.
