I came to Transformfit with awful postpartum issues. Riccardo and his team have over the course of 12 weeks help fix and improve my posture and make me strong.This gym is a hidden gem in our area, it is not often you can find a personal trainer who is not only knowledgeable about what they do, but also give the amount of personal care I find lacking at other gyms where it seems to be a numbers game.I have used other personal trainers and gyms in the past but gave up after a few months because I just didn't see significant improvement. At this gym I am given pointers and am educated on how to improve my form while also seeing tangible results.So thanks Riccardo and team for all the love and care you put into all your clients!

I have been a member at other gyms but never have I felt like family the way I do at TransFormfit. Ric and Ej are caring, supportive, encouraging and extremely professional. What i love is it's like having a personal trainer but your not paying the exorbitantly extra cost of having one like you do at other gyms. I love the people that go there too, they are all so friendly and supportive too. You feel part of a team rather than invisible. I would be more than happy to recommend TransformFit to anyone looking for an alternative to the big corporate gyms that just care about your money but after you join forget about you.
