Bought a marble cake for granddaughter was all burnt underneath when returned was told they knew about it got a refund and sorry tried to ring head office they don’t even return your calls disappointing

Ordered a celebration cake on line. On picking up it was not much like the on-line picture. The writing was terrible and decorations not the same at all. Cake had pink spots all over the top. On complaining nothing said, no words, no offers, nothing !!! And now they have not followed up .

Very very bad customer service at Cheesecake Shop Wantirna. The cake got cracked at the bottom layer and tilted. The first response from the staff & the manager was “ it’s your fault. You didn’t transport it properly”. Very irresponsible and rude. Not even say sorry. Just avoid this shop.

Head office needs to look into all the current reviews online ..since changing a lot of the cakes original recipes they are beginning to loose trusted and regular customers. Many cakes have had a revamp" since lockdown and if Google would allow ...profanities would be the best way to describe the "newest" cakes out there on the market. Head office needs to take their customers comments and reviews seriously and make consideratios into changing back to the old ways. There goes a saying why fix something that isn't broken?"

I never like to give terrible reviews but this time I feel it is warranted. During the week I bought a lemon meringue pie from the Werribee store (I have bought these pies from them before and they have been delicious,that is why I bought another) however this lemon meringue pie I bought was unfortunately absolutely unedible. I had to throw the whole thing away and at $30 it was very disappointing. It was like the lemon meringue pie was very very stale and they found it out the back, decided not to throw it out and sold it to me. Very disappointing and I definitely won't be going back.
