Quite literally a waste of time. The appointment was rescheduled last minute - all good. I understood things happen out of their control. However my case was quite time crucial.Anyway, you know that feeling you get when something just isn't quite right? Always trust it. The person they rebooked me with (different to who I initially paid for) made me feel like they do not have a impartial view on the cases. I was constantly asked a question over and over, which was quite agitating considering I had already answered it, yet it kept getting asked again and again Asif they were not believing my answer.I had so much proof with me, but it clearly did not matter.I had seen other lawyers previously and before I made a decision I was also recommended by a friend to try here. I will never use them. Instead of a impartial lawyer, I got quite the arbitrary.They did however sit with me for awhile - I mean, they never indicated the time that would be spent, nor told me a time frame, it was longer than an hour, she said to her colleague What time is it? Have we been here that long" like it was such a inconvenience

Absolutely fantastic service. Recently went through Separation with all the bells and whistles attached. Men’s Legal Services provided all the help and guidance I needed. Nan was the Solicitor I mostly worked with, she felt like a parent figure giving helpful wise guidance and advice and what I perceived to be very important she believed in my situation. initially quite good, once I signed the contract for them to represent me it all fell apart. Poor communication, over billing, ignoring instructions, offering mt ex an incorrect offer, the hand balling me to numerous other lawyers, more over charging and now 6 months after the court orders, I find out the my Ex hasn't removed me from the business overdraft or shares which has now affecting my application for a home loan. When I contacted them about an urgent response, nothing forth coming. DO NOT USE THEM UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!

Waste of time. Did not listern to what I was saying and believed everything that my ex had said with no proof. Kept asking for the same documents that I had already given them.

Joanne Choy was amazing, my partner didn't quite get the desired result we wanted but she worked with him for over 8 hours! Without a break!!! & We got a better result than we all expected. Staff was also really nice and accommodating throughout the entire day :) would 100% recommended for men dealing with stubborn family matters!
