I have a legitimate mask exemption being a severe asthmatic and was told I needed to wait outside to serve me there because I wasn't allowed in the shop with a mask exemption or not, which is compleatly unlawfull I have been into hospitals and doctors with no issue and a car parts shop decided to deny me entry! Absolute joke and compleatly against the law! Lucky I can't be bothered taking it further for discrimination.

After buying some car parts from this store , when I attempted to fit them I had been given the wrong size When I attempted to return the items I was told that because it was no longer in it's packaging that I was not eligible for a refund Yes , work that out ! After a call to Bursons head office I was told to go back to the store & the Manager ( Frank ) would sort it for me Frank went out of his way to help me & his customer service was exemplary so Thanks Frank !!

The staff are excellent. Lots of knowledge and very helpful. Went to purchase parts but unfortunately not in stock. No problem, parts were ordered same day. Highly recommend these guys for all your automotive needs. Decently priced as well.
