My first call for service was answered promptly by Judy who was very helpful and customer focused. Such a delight to speak with.Our technician Adrian attended early in the day and was very professional and found the fault easy enough. But after a lot of time trying to get the dishwasher working, kindly informed me that the dishwasher would need a new motor.Adrian was very helpful and kind. And then today I spoke with Nicholas from accounts and he also was customer focused and friendly. Thank you so much ABC Electrics.

My oven stop working today just before Christmas. I hadn’t used this firm before. They booked me in for tomorrow and when there was a cancellation they came today. The issue was different to what we thought but they worked it through very quickly and fixed the oven. Both the admin and the technician were so professional. I would recommend this firm to anyone. Best service I’ve had in ages.

My dishwasher is not working, this guy from ABC electrical came and checked for 5mins and told me the motor was not working. And will give me a quote for this. And asked me wether I am going to pay by credit card today. So they changed 186 dollars for leaving my dishwasher as it is. Very expensive and not worth of it. And i wishes I had looked the review before

Absolutely disgusted with themI had an oven that was taking for ever to cook the serviceman replaced the thermostat and charged me $300 and took the old one away it wasn't the thermostat, when I asked for the old one back they wouldn't give it to me (other repairers leave the old part) then they charged me again for another service and again no joy. Then they wanted to charge me for a 3rd time to take it to them.Result my oven still doesn't work properly.The service man didn't let me clean behind the oven while it was out and wasn't very nice.Bad service all around

Beware of poor customer service and careless technicians. We had 2 ovens repaired recently. When the ovens were being taken out the front door we think the technician may have accidentally knocked into the plasterboard creating a large gauge which I'll have to repair. No big deal, accidents happen, right? What really annoyed me was that if it was the technician, he didn't say anything at the time - we discovered the gauge later that afternoon. Furthermore, i called the following day to complain. I was told that the situation would be investigated and a manager would get back to me. The manager never called me. Several days passed and when the ovens were ready for return and installation, i queried the damage again. Again I was told a manager would call me to discuss and this never happened. To their credit, the ovens both seemed to work so far, but we haven't tested them fully. ABC electrical lack professionalism and attention to detail when carrying out work. Think twice before using them for repairs. Maybe try the next one down on the google search result list.

Arrived nice and early and was completely professional. With skill and ingenuity the job was completed in time so that extra expenses were spared.I will happily recommend ABC Electrical.

Peter arrived on time to take a look at our freezer that was not keeping food frozen. He quickly diagnosed the problem and quoted on fixing it in a very professional manner. His knowledge and experience was top class.I also asked him about my washing machine that had been playing up for months and was driving me insane. Within minutes he had diagnosed and fixed the problem, all for the one service fee. I cannot speak highly enough about his professionalism, efficiency and product knowledge. We will be using this company again!

Unfortunately this company promises services they cannot deliver. They are not qualified to repair. Diagnosis was incorrect and wrong part was brought on the day, as well as technician short tempered and rude. Felt bad having to ask my daughter to be there to meet the technician which was a criteria before they can come out - office hours only! Had to pay the $186 which was supposed to be credited when tech came out again for an electrical board issue .. he thinks it was? Even though dishwasher error said inlet valve and I explained when booking. I would have ended up paying way over what was necessary for a dishwasher repair. After emailing in for a refund I was basically informed NO. Both Judy and Jamie - receptionists were however very polite. But in terms of value for money - dishwasher still broken and money down the drain. Would definitely advise against using this company for any repair work.

OMG... I called them for a faulty oven giving them all the info and requesting that they come with the faulty part in case it needed to be change. They came without it. They simply would not send me the quote before I pay the callout fee with incredibly rude and threatening emails. I eventually paid to see what the quote would entail and called the official Bosch repairer (which I should have done in the first place). The Bosch guy just had to requalibrate the oven and it is now working like a charm. I showed him the quote from ABC Electrical and he laughed. Double the price that they would charge if the oven had been broken. Basically, make up your own mind on their level of integrity... Just sad google does not have negative starts...

I had the Gold Coast guy and he was wonderful. Very professional, on time and tested everything. He even took the time to show me what he was doing (I'm a bit skeptical of being ripped off) and then discussed options with me with prices and things I could research before making a decision. One part I did decide to order then and there was quoted and ready to be installed by the end of the day - the admin guy even called to check I'd received the quote and ask if I wanted to proceed (he spoke very professionally). The only reason I'm not giving 5 Stars is because he couldn't figure out why the oven had started tripping the power, but I was very satisfied with all the steps he took. I think the reviews for ABC really depend on the area in which you live - my experience with the Gold Coast guy was excellent.
