Kristie was really easy to communicate with while booking our tour.As we drove into the Wolgan Valley we were blown away at the beauty of the surrounding landscape. It's a shame more people to venture out this way to see it.Kristie was a super knowledgeable guide and was great at engaging us and our kids in all the animals we saw on her tour.We got to spotlight" wallabies

Over the June long weekend Kristie took our family of three (two adults and a 9 year old) on 2 wonderful tours in Wolgan Valley. We did the bush walk to the Glow Worm tunnel through the beautiful Wollemi National Park on the first day and a bird watching tour on our second day.Kristie came prepared with torches for the tunnels and binoculars for bird watching. Kristie is knowledgable on all local wildlife, birds and plant species. Her knowledge of the local area and it’s history is second to none.Kristie took the time to explain the impact of recent weather and the 2019 bushfires have had on the wildlife and fauna of national park. It was very educational and fascinating. The glow worm tour took us about 7 hours because we were slow walkers taking everything in. This is definitely a walk that should be done with a guide. Some tracks were closed due to land slides and parts of the park are off limits. A guide will ensure you are walking in the safe areas of the park whilst having minimal impact on an environment that’s still recovering from the bushfires. The bird tour was lots of fun without too much walking. We spotted several local species and helped Kristie document them for records as part of citizen science. We had a great weekend and would definitely recommend Kristie and Wolgan Valley Eco Tours.

Kristie is a wonderful guide -- incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and personable. Our Glow Worm Tunnel Hike was an extraordinary experience thanks in most part to Kristie's professionalism and expertise. The morning tea provided was delicious and beautifully prepared. I can't recommend Wolgan Valley Eco Tours highly enough.

We have walked many tracks around the world but this was one of our best. Kristie was very well planned and thoughtful of all our needs. She was extremely knowledgeable about the history, flora and fauna, birds, geology and was able to answer any question we asked. Kristie tells amazing stories and has a great sense of humour which created a wonderful memory for us. We highly recommend this tour.
