I never go anywhere else.These guys are quick, cheap and soooo good at what they do.You won't be disappointed.

Honestly paid just for my charging port to be replaced but instead they crack the entire back of my phone and replaced it without me knowing, because the original back has authentic codes and labels from manufacturer. I realised when I got home! Paid $120 to have charging port fixed only but replaces the cracked back without my knowledge even though I specifically told them not to or else I won't be able to now use my original warranty. Going back tomorrow again for an explanation, after already waiting 2hours today.

Please do not buy from this store. Their products are cheaply made and when they don’t work they refuse to refund your money or accept responsibility for poor quality products.I purchased a tempered glass screen protector for an Android Tablet from this store last Friday 1st July 2022 at a cost of $35.00.I have fitted several screen protectors in my time and understand that they require a certain level of precision to be fitted, however, the screen protector I received from this store was of inferior quality to say the least. No alcohol wipes or cleaning cloths were provided with the screen protector so I had to use my own. No receipt was provided for my purchase either.After prepping the surface as you are supposed to, I carefully peeled back the protective film and laid the protector over the screen. Bubbles came up everywhere with one large bubble (about the size of a 50c piece) in one of the corners being impossible to remove. I had to lift up the screen protector twice to try and fix this severe bubbling and it was on the second attempt that the screen completely shattered in my hands for no reason at all.I immediately returned to the store the next day and was there 15 min before opening time. I waited another 15 minutes past opening (half hour in total). Nobody showed up. As this was a special gift for someone and I had prior commitments, I could not wait around and ended up purchasing a quality screen protector from JB HI FI which was significantly easier to work with and obviously better quality. I have no bubbling now at all.Due to work constraints I could not return to the MCA store until today. They have two stores in Merrylands Stockland Mall. One upstairs and one downstairs. I had purchased the protector originally from the upstairs kiosk so this is where I went today to return the faulty item and was told that there was no refund and no warranty and that I would have to speak to the manager who was downstairs. I went downstairs and was told to come back in 15 minutes as the manager was not around.When I finally got to speak to the manager and explained the situation, he just blamed me for installation and told me it wasn’t his problem. When I told him that under consumer law if a product is faulty or unfit for purpose, that the customer is entitled to a refund, I was once again told that it wasn’t his problem.He expressed a complete disregard for my experience and customer entitlements under consumer law and clearly was not interested in repeat business or good customer service. I told him to put the screen protector in the bin and that I would never shop there again.

Not to be trusted. I was charged a price for genuine Samsung parts and I received aftermarket parts in return. Now all of a sudden my charger doesn't connect properly and when I'm on a phone call my speaker crackles and sounds like it's loose inside the phone. Also paid for a glass screen protector that came off within half hour of leaving the store which they charge a rip off price of $50 for. Stay away from these grubs!

Paid to have my LCD and screen replaced, colour quality was not great then I got home and within the hour my phone screen turned black and I cannot see anything or even turn the phone off.Would not recommend but I will go back for them to fix it free of charge when they open. Poor quality and cheap product used for $240.

Taken my phone to replace screen they told us to come back the next day at 12. Instrad they finished it at 4.00That's not the issue.The issue was that they said the screen had 6 months rego and they charged me 140 for replacing.The next day morning i realised the screen was flickering on and off by itself and the touch screen wasn't working until i turn the screen off and then On again. I didn't have time to go back to them so i kept using it. After 2 days or so the screen started coming off and started doing vertical black lines, then after 1 or 2 days, the screen started pressing stuff on the screen by itself.I went there and they said it's not under warranty... lol if that's not under warranty, what is? Seriously?! Just tricking people under the banner, (warranty).So i had to buy a new phone which i didn't want.Don't go there, if they respect themselves they wouldn't keep working after all these negative reviews about them.They have 3 shops in Stockland Merrylands. So don't get fooled by thinking you went domewhere else.

I wish I had of read the reviews first, would have saved myself a lot of hassle. I took my wife’s iPad in because it suddenly stopped working. I was told it would be fixed in 2-3 days and the cost. Brought it back the next day and gave it to them to be serviced. A WEEK later I get it back, sorry we can’t fix it. If you want anything basic, like a screen protector, they are passable, but for repairs, go anywhere else.

Helped my mum who doesn’t speak English to repair her phone screen and they were very affordable and professional

Most disgusting service I have ever received. I took my phone in to have the screen replaced. They charged me $380 only to make me wait hours for it. Straight off the bat one of the men working there was asking to go home with me!! I went back after a few days as my phone would completely turn off for 10 mins or so. They replaced it again. It happened again. I took it back and received some pretty rude remarks from the old bald man that works there. They replaced it once more but now the touch screen doesn’t work properly and I have to switch my phone off every 20 seconds. It also calls people, takes screenshots, takes photos, types messages and cancels my maps. They said if I want a refund they will only give me $300 and a completely broken black screen that I will have to take to Apple to get fixed. Absolutely disgusting, if I could give 0 stars I would.
