BIG W should have been more prepared to accept the back to school NSW vouchers in store not online. The online shopping is quite tricky and saying products are not available on our local store. While we spent a whole hour picking school supplies in the store earlier and theres plenty of stock and its already on our trolley .Only to be told at the check out that the NSW back to school vouchers can only be redeemed online. We live in a country town and theres is not much school supplies store we also believe that not all families have access yet or the capacity to do online shopping.This is a wake up call for Big W management to please improve your services and please place a bigger warning sign that back to school vouchers can only be redeemed online

A good place to shop for bargains. This Big W is similar to all Big W stores. Good variety, good prices and good value for money. Always like shopping at Big W.

As one of the few big stores in the area it's great to have a place to go and grab just about anything we need. The staff are always friendly and if I cant find something specific, they usually know exactly where it is.It's not the largest big w store so the variety often runs out quicker but being able to order online and pick it up at the shop for free that afternoon makes it easy to get whatever exact thing I'm looking for

Would just like to say mel who works here is absolutely fantastic always so lovely/nice. Always says hello and there to help with any questions. She helped my partner out a lot today just everytime we have been there she has gone above and beyond with great customer Service

Insane that you spend a bunch of money there and they still charge you 15cents for a plastic bag.Also, they have a very limited clothes range. Surprised they didn't have plain blue suit pants. That should be stock standard.

Can always find what I'm looking for without hassle. Staff are great and friendly all of the time and always serve with a smile. Well set out store.

It's a different world we have to live in now, doing all the checks to just get into the store took way to long. I went to another store who aren't checking if you're double vaccinated i ask about it at there checkouts and was told we aren't doing it that we are only doing QR check ins. Why are some stores doing it here others aren't, the store that wasn't told me it's an invasion of people's privacy and we aren't allowed to do that and is discrimination to refuse the unvaccinated service. Unvaccinated people are still allowed to do there grocery shopping in Woolworths so I don't see why the unvaccinated can't do the same as vaccinated it's there choice not to get the jab I'm fully vaccinated but that was my choice I was in the store and could hear a customer arguing with staff about these check ins for double vaccinated and it wasn't a good look for the store nor was it good for the poor staff girl getting yelled at by a customer for stopping him from coming in staff shouldn't have to deal with that

Was pretty quiet, clean place and easy transition the the check out
