It was used to have a decent cake.Now the cake is dry with crumbled texture, like not freshly baked? In addition, it had the outer layer cream before, but now the cake is 'naked' with extra $$ to put 'proper' layer cream. Nice scheme to charge customers more $$.I would recommend the store across the street which has better taste and options.

Pre ordered and paid for two cakes online, organised pick up for 1pm, partner went to collect cakes they had no clue about these, tried to tell him we had never ordered them, lucky I had the purchase order and recipt, my partner had to wait 30mins for them to orgnise the cakes. Then they tried to charge him again to say he was irate is an understatment, this shop does not justice for the Cheese Cake Chain. Wont be going here again b

Ordered my daughter's birthday cake last week. Colour of the cake was different and very dry stuff inside. Felt like not freshly baked at all. worst cake we have ever ordered so far. 3 stars for good customer service - they got the cake ready on time without taking advance.

Ordered a cake for a wedding for $250.upon pickup, the cake was the wrong colour, off center, and had crumbs in the top coat of frosting.they suggested piping small flowers on it to help mask their mistake, and made it even more unusable by piping giant ones on making it more like a home made gender reveal cake than a wedding cake, you couldn't even tell that the cake was a 3 tier.So disappointing, This franchise gives the whole cheesecake shop line a bad name,

Yes I love cheesecake. I like the half cakes that are set aside on sale. The other day I got 3 different varieties the passionfruit cake and chocolate and lemon cheesecake. It costed me $32 altogether. I thought of the customer service pretty good and the Indian lady on the day was very friendly and helpful when I made a purchase. Beautiful cheesecake! Absolutely delish! A perfect part of my desert after dinner! Thankyou for the half sliced cakes.

Absolutely disgusting service I ordered 5 days before needing the cake for Mother’s Day to get there to pick up the order and they tell me they sold out! Why was this not said on the day of the order? I would have gone somewhere else to get a cake now that I’m left with a cake that won’t even cover the amount of people I’m sharing with! Never will I shop here again and I’ll be sure to share my poor experience with my poor family who will miss out! Thanks
