Shanan was extremely personable as well as professional. He was very cheerful and polite and got straight into the job, no mucking around! I have a busy online business that relies on technology, and Shanan was able to solve my problem in a matter of minutes. Being a local he knew the area very well with common internet problems. No hesitation at all in recommending Shanan at Dash Curve IT Solutions. Shanan is a true expert. He lives, breathes and enjoys his work, and has a genuine passion for helping his customers. I live 4 hours away from him and contacted him for advice on a home network setup. He coached me (from Torquay) through the whole process, gave me all the advice I needed, sold me the necessary gear and shipped it to me super quickly, then coached me through the whole setup as well. He was exceptional. If anyone can explain this stuff well enough to successfully pull off a setup like this without even being there, it's this guy.
