Hair cuts are done by talented hair dressers, but unfortunately fall short on management. Every appointment I make they call to try to reschedule, I’ve been going to them for about 9 months now and I’ve come to expect calls to reschedule due to their system at fault (allegedly) or their scheduling mistakes. Last straw was asking for a refund for a deposit because I wasn’t happy to move my appointment again and was scoffed at over the phone by the owner. It would also be nice to have some warning they have dogs at the salon, as I’ve had to rush to change before seeing a family member straight after who is severely allergic to dogs (considering they are free in the salon and will jump on your lap)

Blonde hair gods! My hair has never been healthier or stronger and the blonde is always absolute perfection!

I am SUCH a satisfied customer. I remember when I came into the salon with hair that wasn't to my desired colour after multiple colours from my old hairdresser due to being brunette. When I went into 'Capelli e Bellezza', Maxi instantly knew what colour to use to get my desired colour. She also helped me to get my damaged hair back to being fresh and healthy. Her hair tips and advice have saved my life as i now have the healthiest hair i have ever had in years. I travel about 2 hours to get to the salon and the drive is 100% worth it. I walk out of (and into) the salon so happy every time. All the girls take pride in what they do and if you think something isn't right, they will 100% fix it for you. I get complimented all the time on my hair and stayed the same colour/tone even after months of not returning.I went into the salon once and told Maxi about how i have 'psoriasis' and didn't know what to do, she recommended some products and now my psoriasis is gone.All the girls at Capelli are so welcoming, patient and friendly. They are able to give you advice if/when needed. They are always up for a chat too so it's lovely. the environment at Capelli is a very clean. I am so grateful I stumbled upon this salon. You won't be disappointed either.

Disgusting attitude on the phone. Couldn't change my appointment - My daughter booked in for a cut a colour and style for a weeding - Weeding plans have change so I called on my daughters behalf and the rude lady wouldn't change the appointment because someone might want a colour at the same time - Doesn't make sence as my daughter had booked in for a colours and style so they could still do that as well. SO EXTREEMLY RUDE ON THE PHONE Disgusting customer service. This world is getting to be the customer does all the service and the thinking for the business. If I could give No stars I would

Where to begin...Capelli é Bellezza is not only a fantastic salon with amazingly trained staff, it’s a family. The girls always put in 110% when it comes to creating a desired hair colour or look. I’ve been getting my hair done here since as long as I can remember, and every time I’ve left the salon I feel like a brand new woman! They truly have the artistry to turn your hair from A to B. Most importantly, they always make you feel welcome and educate you about your hair and the products etc...which i feel is so important. Maxi and the team have always provided me with so much self confidence when I walk straight out of the salon. I cannot and would not recommend anyone else!Ps. They also make amazing coffees & always have amazing vibes coming from every single hair dresser!

I absolutely LOVE this salon! My hair has never ever been so healthy. Not only are they amazing stylists but they are incredibly transparent with pricing and times. They take care of their clients and staff. I truely love coming here.

This is a truly wonderful salon. The team do amazing work both with colour, cut and styling. Since moving to this salon my hair is the best colour it has ever been.

Today was my first time coming in to Dottori & Co & I was very nervous but Michelle from the get go was so kind & understanding, going above and beyond for me. She sat with me & discussed my goals for my hair & explained processes in an easy to understand manner & didn't make me feel silly. I left the salon today from just a consultation feeling so confident & excited to attend my first colour appointment in a few weeks time with the correct products for my hair type too! Beautiful space & lovely team, can't wait for my next appointment!

I came across Dottori and Co when I first moved to Victoria as I was looking for a hair salon that could help me with my (unnatural) blonde hair and they turned out to be just down the road from where I lived at the time.They are the first salon I have been to in my life who have cared about my hair quality, educated me on products and I can even curl my hair now using a straightener after picking up tips and tricks while having my hair done. I have been using salon products since I started coming here and my hair has improved massively - I had no idea what I was meant to do or use before they showed and explained things to me. I would go as far as to say before I used to despise anything to do with my hair and I'm now a hair person!The ladies here really care for their clients, the service they provide and the long term health of their clients hair. Some of the other reviews have mentioned the price of some services and although they may be more costly than other salons the price is reflective of the service received. I have lived a 45 minute drive away for the past 16 months and I'll continue to drive to Frankston to have my hair done here as long as I'm still in Victoria.
