Fantastic to deal with, great range of ‘Cool Stuff’ and wonderful staff helped me with selection of a phone AND did all the necessary transferring of information so that I could walk away with a phone that not only recognised me, but had all the information on it and knew the way to all the places I might need to go to.

After going to several different places and even my network provider didn't even want to help, Julie solved the issue and was very helpful. There are so many people that have a job they get paid for but don't do it and very rarely you find one that does go above and beyond. Therefore you should pay Julie a little extra.

Appalling customer service.Charged $150 to my card without authorisation from myself and refuse to issue a refund. Would not recommend to anyone!
