My consultant was Ruby Rowdar. The service was very bad, appointments were missed without notice and the consultant did not even notice or mention I am not even eligible for the visa they have sent me a quote to. Such a waste of time. And the fee for submitting a very simple visa was 25000 AUD which is ridiculous. Other agencies have offered the same below 5000 AUD. Beware.
