Matt was very prompt and very thorough in both the building and pest inspection.Report was detailed and more than adequate in identifying issues that needed to be considered prior to us finalising our decision to proceed with the sale. Excellent job, easy to communicate with Matt, we organised him from 1500 km away ! Matt showed up on time and the report came straight after the inspection and is very comprehensive with lots of detail. I can highly recommend BPI, one of the most respected building and pest inspection outfits in the Bundaberg region. I contacted Matt at BPI when we were in the process of purchasing a home in Coral Cove. The entire experience was excellent, from initial communications to finished report. Matt was able to organise and complete the inspection within a week of my first phone call, did a thorough and professional job and provided a report that was detailed and comprehensive. Post-inspection, he was happy to answer any questions I had about individual aspects of the report, and his clarifications reflected his deep knowledge and genuine desire to ensure I was as well informed as possible. Experience counts, and this company has plenty.

He told me the cost and all that I receive for my money. When I inspected the property in view of buying, I felt disappointed I didn't check everything out everything properly.
