Shweta is a highly-skilled yoga teacher who not only keeps her classes varied but also gently encourages her students to try some challenging poses. At the end of every class, I always feel uplifted and re-energised.

Shivflow Yoga Hunters Hill
This is my third year practicing yoga with Shweta. I really enjoy Shweta’s classes. She makes such an effort to understand the needs of each one of us. I like the way she gives options for poses, so it gives me an opportunity to explore the poses to suit my body.Shweta has a gentle manner and her movements are so graceful.
