Great service and staff, for purchasing a bike, Very lacking in after sales service.Edit: 2 years on, new management on-board they have turned the business around. After sales now know and understand what they are doing. Great to deal with and are happy to assist with anything you need. Definitely recommend.

Great service from staff, was shown the different models I was looking for and given the options that can be fitted to the bike chosen. Justin made the whole purchasing process stress free. Would recommend going and meeting the staff at Rocky Harley Davidson.

Three visits since moving to the area, can't say my experiences have been comparable to the other dealerships i have frequented in my 15 years owning multiple HD's. I guess I am not another accepting customer when you pay a premium for the product and the service is poor. You look for alternatives.

I was window shopping 1 day and road bike home the next afternoon the sales man was welcoming and new his products he offered test rides on as many bikes to get the right 1 for me , the clothing lady Nikki was the best her knowledge of her department was extensive , parts couldn't be more helpful in assisting me with what I wanted
