Such a good variety of crystals, jewellery and gifts, very well located, but this last Sunday morning was the third time that the staff was absolutely rude with me, in front of everyone. All the three times the skinny, brown haired young lady behaves in a profoundly bad and rude mood.As we have many options in Byron Bay I would definitely recommend go to somewhere else.

My husband bought me some earring from here for my birthday. I loved them but noticed a few beads were missing when I opened them. I took them back to the shop the following day to exchange and the man working was extremely rude and said ‘they weren’t sold like this’ insinuating that I had broken them. He then waved his hand at me and said ‘over there’ to the other earrings. He was huffing and puffing like a child as I went to choose a new pair. His grumpiness was totally unnecessary. The earrings were $5 and to get his knickers in a twist over something so trivial was ridiculous. I will not go in here again.
