This useless company left our HELLOFRESH down a 100m driveway. I usually take my dog down the driveway with me to pick up mail etc. This particular time a neighbours dog came up to us and our dogs had a fight. We are now off to the vets. Thanks for this leading to the chain of events. Maybe I should forward the vet bill to you.By the way on the sticker it said FRONT DOOR!

With the bad reviews this company has I am still confused why big companies such as macros and hello fresh use them to deliver products especially food products for human consumption.I was meant to get my delivery on the Monday morning it has now been dragged out all the way till the Wednesday with still no indication of delivery all that they told me is that it’s in the depot sitting there. They don’t care about customers they rather waste your time while your on the phone trying to get an answer where your food is.

This company delivers for Hello Fresh and have repeatedly delivered my food box to the wrong address despite calling hello fresh to complain sooo many times!!! The drivers for this company cannot read simple instructions! I cancelled my order based on the poor performance of these couriers.

I received a delivery from this courier and boxes/items were missing, the driver also did not ring the doorbell as requested and just dumped the box on my porch and when leaving refrigerated food that is not on. I called the company and let them know not all items had been delivered and requested they call the driver to let them know while they are still in the area as it hadn't even been 5 minutes since they left.The person I spoke to from the VIC contact details refused to do this as it was apparently too much of a hassle and other people were also waiting for their deliveries and was incredibly rude to deal with.

They always deliver WAY later than the eta given on the tracking. And most of the couriers I’ve had were too lazy to follow instructions. They left my box that specifically stated “leave at door” near the mailboxes of a different unit block which were near the street. When I eventually found the box, someone had opened it and gone through it

This company delivers for Ipantry. The delivery man is too lazy to ring my apartment number or ask the Concierge to let him in. He just dumps my order on the busy sidewalk. Second time he has shown little or no respect for my order.

They also deliver for Lyka Pet Food. 3 times in a row now they have just pulled my gate to without latching or securing it, so then a gust of wind blows the gate wide open. They obviously can't read what is on the delivery instructions.
