We visited the showroom to get an idea of the quality and designs. William came to do measurements and advised on details in the design. So helpful. Their workshop produced the wardrobe. Andres & Andres came to install, well-equipped with every possible tool and accessory that might be needed. It was done efficiently and professionally. They solved any issues with uneveness of the floor.I highly recommend this team of Australian professionals.

We recently had a custom made wardrobe fitted. The initial consult was on time and the consultant gave great advice on the best design to meet our needs. The price was very competitive and great value for money. The installation took place on time and workmanship was at an extremely high level. The serviceman was polite and took care to clean up after himself. I have the utmost confidence in recommending Betta wardrobes.

My wardrobe was installed on 10 Jul. I am happy with the workmanship. However the frame cutting for the drawers were slightly bigger causing the drawers to hit the next cabinet door when open. L. On good faith and the promise that the wardrobe has 15 years warranty, I paid the full sum. I called the following Monday to explain the issue and ask to get it fixed. The designer was fast to response to my call and inspected the wardrobe. I was told a report has been submitted to the head office and they will contact me to arrange to fix the issue. Three weeks has passed. Despite a few follow up calls, nobody from head office has called me.Betta, can you please call to arrange to get the issue fixed? I am from Cherrybrook.Update on 3 AugustI have been calling the Sales Office and the Head Office everyday. The Sales office said they have already informed the head office and the head office will contact me but nobody cares to call. I wonder what’s the point of giving 15 years warranty when no one responds to service call?Update on 4 AugustI called again only to be told by the receptionist that according to the update on the file, there is nothing that can be done and the case is closed!!! I am awaiting for the person in charged to call me to explain what do they mean by nothing can be done? Is that Betta’s 15 years warranty is about - nothing can be done???Update on 13 AugustI am wondering what’s Betta’s company value in terms of customer service? Nobody responsible has bothered to call me to explain why nothing can be done to their measurement error?Betta, is your 15 years warranty just lip service? Misrepresentation? We recently had couple of custom made wardrobes fitted. Matt accommodated our numerous requests to customise the wardrobes. The person who came to install, did an excellent and a neat job. Our overall experience was very positive and we would be more than happy to recommend their service to anyone.

AVOID THIS ORGANISATION - I have ordered a shower screen and sliding wardrobe doors from Betta. I was told there would be a lead time of 10-14 days for installation. They use different installers for wardrobes and shower screens and these department appear to operate completely separately. They were very happy to take my deposit but that is where their service ends. I have been messed around with installation dates that keep moving. one installer rang me at 8:15am to tell me he was on his way but he was a complete no show. I waited 2 hours and then rang multiple numbers i had for the organisation to be told he wasn't coming as his other job was cancelled. No new dates offered. No one knows anything. I received a text msg rescheduling my installation date for my wardrobe doors from one date, to another date in over 3 weeks time. No phone call to discuss it, just a text. I rang to say over 3 weeks for a reschedule is not acceptable and was told they would speak to management and see what could be done. Again I received a text msg stating the same rescheduled date without any phone call or consultation. Despite me calling many times to discuss, and leaving messages for various people, I can not speak to anyone. No one returns phone calls. No one responds to emails.i want a refund of my deposit or an immediate installation date that actually happens. I am so frustrated with dealing with this organisation. I thought going for an organisation that had been in business for a long time that did both products i was looking for would be ideal but I was very wrong.

From the beginning, we had a very good experience with Betta. Linda, in the showroom was friendly & very helpful. William, who came to measure & advise was fantastic - super knowledgeable & really helped us plan what we needed.Turn around time from ordering to installation was very fast & the 2 men who installed the built ins were efficient, hard working & professional.We are extremely happy with the final product & we would definitely recommend Betta wardrobes.

I ordered a wardrobe on the 25/5 installation was booked for 18/6. Installer was a no show and didn't even called. Rang the office on the 20/6 they weren't aware of the no show called back to rebook and the first available date given 17/7. What the wait a month more because of their error..... Don't think they care about their customers at all

I recently returned to Betta to get a 2nd set of built-in cupboards installed as we were really happy with the first ones they did for us a few years ago. Just as happy this time too. The installer was on time, tidied up and completed it in a short time frame.The quality of the cupboards is great, design details and fit are spot on, very happy with both wardrobes, one has sliding doors, the other soft close standard doors, both great, though the sliding door is fairly heavy.Would definitely go back to Betta if we proceed with any other rooms and recommend them.

Had someone come out and design for a inbuilt wardrobe. Once the fitter came out, there was some problems with the measurements. He had to make do with what he had which resulted in a whole length of shelves being obstructed by the wardrobe door. He wouldn't leave without payment even though what was on the sketch is not what was provided. We sent emails and images to the head office and they didn't even bother to reply back. We are absolutely owned a partial refund, but we've had no correspondence back from them.Edit to add:After trying to contact again they came back and offered to change the restricted area to shelving instead, which doesn't make any difference as it is still unaccessible. I told them that wasn't good enough and that we needed a partial refund. Instead of rectifying they have now withdrawn the offer of the shelving and have said the work that was done was good enough. I am taking this further to Fair Trading Australia.Edited again to add: Have just heard back from Fair Trading. Betta is flat out refusing the partial refund for their shoddy job. Off to the Tribunal I go.
