I looked everywhere on the web to be assured that my family could be delivered flowers the very day I ordered them. We had just lost a special family member and I wanted to send my condolences that day as I live interstate and it would take a few days for me to get there.So I ordered the flowers with home delivery the same day. Instead I received a voice message and email two hours later stating this would not occur despite all over the website guaranteeing delivery. When I called back things went even more southward.The lady was extremely rude and had no empathy for my plight, and when I asked what she could do to help she offered nothing. Despite my plea for assistance and compassion I was met with nothing more than a bored robotic rude woman with no suggestions as the courier left extra early that day" despite my order placed at 11am

No stars for this company! I live in Ireland and ordered a $70 bouquet for my daughter in law for her birthday in July. They never arrived and no note was left to say they had tried to deliver. When my son contacted the company they said they had tried to deliver but nobody was home. He contacted this company on more than 4 occasions and got a different person each time. They were rude and unhelpful. They took my money but will not refund or deliver the flowers.

I ordered a basket online and the distributor was through The Flower Company". On the day of delivery the distributor did not contact my cell number or my spouses cell number to tell us that no one was home for the delivery

CONSUMER WARNING:DO NOT ORDER FLOWERS FROM THE FLOWER COMPANY.I ordered a large bouquet two days before delivery was required. Next day I received a demand online from The Flower Company for additional delivery $$.No flowers were delivered on the designated day (or after for that matter). I emailed around 3pm on delivery day as I had selected morning delvery) and was told “Flowers in transit.” No flowers ever arrived.It was almost impossible to reach The Flower Company, either by phone, email or love chat. I suspect bogus “Live Chat”. Finally when I called AGAIN and selected recorded option #1 (order flowers) I magically got to speak to a (rude, evasive, creative liar) female. After initially insisting the flowers had definitely been dispatched. I offered to press on via legal channels to assist her inventive version of events to become more accurate. She then created an elaborate story regarding the florist and courier.Thankfully I paid via PayPal and could initiate a PayPal Dispute.Still awaiting refund.From the overwhelming number of complaints on reviews this business is effectively a scam operation. If they manage to dodge, evade and swindle every third customer they’ve got a very lucrative operation.DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS BUSINESS.

Extremely disappointed. Ordered same day delivery yesterday, and they were not delivered. I had to call to find out why, to be told it was a public holiday" .. The public holiday? Melbourne cup. I was ordering flowers in the Northern Territory and did not factor this in. Very disappointed. They list themselves as a national company

Terrible service. I ordered flowers for my Mum last Mother's Day. My receipt said that shipping and handling was $12 and that the fee was 'fixed'. Received an email from the business after ordering to say that they needed another $12 or their courier would not deliver. I told them to cancel the order and refund the full payment to my Paypal account. Now its almost Christmas and still no refund. Plus they stopped responding to my emails after about a week. I'm in the US so there is little further I can do but warn people, 'Do NOT use this service!'

Fast and reliable. The flowers were delivered on time on the same day as I placed my order. My friend said they were absolutely beautiful and lasted well. The price was quite reasonable when I compared to other online companies. I would use The Flower Company again. without hesitation

On Thursday morning 21/12/17 I ordered flowers for a special meaningful occasion on Saturday morning the 23rd of December, a lady emailed me stating i needed to pay $15 promptly in order for my flowers to be delivered tomorrow so I top of the $57 I was paying for a small gathering of flowers I paid the $15- desperate to have my flowers delivered. On Friday I got an email confirming they took the money and the flowers will be sent out on Saturday. Come Saturday afternoon I receive and email staring they can't deliver my flowers until the 4th of January (TOTALLY NOT ACCEPTABLE) considering the websight stated its same day delivery so a week later is in no way alright to deliver flowers - they needed to be there on Saturday morning 23/12/17. While we try to contact them via phone, noone answer but the cowards who worked there were emailing me, becoming very smart Alics with each of my reply.. I asked them how can this be? Your websight stated same day, it stared Saturday delivery, you confirmed this delivery assuring me they will be delivered only yesterday! The replys I got back were 'yeah you have a marry Christmas too!! When I asked for a store number to speak directly to these unprofessional florist" I was given fake numbers.. the Emails continued and as I clearly grew upset and frustrated they threaten to forward my message to their lawyer. I've done nothhing wrong here other then buy my mums friend some flowers and paid top dollar only to have been ripped off and our present for a very special day ruined and mine also seeing I then had to fork Out money at another florist. Absolutely disgusting service this store needs to be shut down as I've read all comments here and it's been rippin people off

Ordered flowers for a birthday. Was told that they could not be delivered on the date selected, despite no warning on the website. Was also told my options were to deliver on another day or 'cancel' the order and be charged $12 for 'cancelling' something that was not ever provided. Have now read these google reviews and wish I had done so earlier as would not have used this site had I seen the outpouring of disappointment and poor service.UPDATE: company saw this review on Google and cancelled my order..! DO NOT USE.

USELESS company, USELESS staff. You will never get your flowers. 'The florist ran out of flowers, 'the courier couldn't find the address' were the reasons I got fed. Very dishonest people. How they are still in business, I do not know!! I finally got through to the manager after 4 days of failed delivery (who knew the Fair Trade Policy and phone number off by heart funnily enough), and when I asked whether I was supposed to 'just put up with this crap service' she threatened to terminate the phone call if I continued to use that tone. I could d o a lot worse than that lady!!! She's obviously used to dealing with irate customers. This is my first ever online review because these people need to be shut down. Interesting there is no Facebook page...I wonder why. Order from someone reputable. It's not worth the angst and days of raging. One very disappointed customer and one very disappointed friend who received NOTHING. Such a pity these people think it's ok to rip you off. Wish I could take it further and wish I'd had time to read these reviews prior to ordering!
