From the Initial Appraisal Inspection, selecting Quality Tenants, ensuring the Home was Tenant Ready on our behalf through to receiving our first Landlord Ownership Payment, we were super impressed by Alexandra Palmer and Juliette Geraghty. As a previous Real Estate Agent, Property Manager and Home Owner, I was so skeptical of the level of Property Management Service I was going to receive, that I thought I may have to lower my expectations or just be disappointed. Shortly after our Tenants signed and secured the property, we received our first Rental Income Payment and Owner Statement. Along the way if we had any questions, concerns or issues they were always resolved and communicated swiftly and positively. There was also little need for budgeting for expenses as it was all allocated within the first payment cycle. The team was so friendly, professional and welcoming it was a breath of fresh air. Alex͏ Surti is my only Real Estate agent from now and would recommend to anyone!Alex is very switched on and knows how to really work for his client, His thoughts and planning around the sale were above and beyond, and not to mention when I gave him my price he told me it was too cheap and ended up getting me more then we were going to be happy with I mean what else could you ask for?But he didn't stop there throughout the whole process and sale and all open homes he was always keeping me up to date on all the different people coming through who he thought were potential buyers etc and he was spot on the whole way.
