An incredible experience with well organised staff. We spent 4 days with amazing people and staff. The crew where so accomodating and we had great weather and deep dives. I cant rate the team more and will be going again next year.

With the limited options in Brisbane, the shop has a great location and is well stocked. Customer service is hit or miss depending on who you get (when you aren't being ignored). I was looking to purchase a full kit of equipment but will spend my money elsewhere. Will only be back if I need equipment in a hurry.Coming into the store as a beginner, I was expecting to receive the same 5-star level of assistance/service mentioned in other reviews. I asked a staff member for help in picking out a snorkel mask. The staff member told me how to check for fit/comfort, but wasn't able to provide any other advice. Doing my own research I found that there are considerations other than fit/comfort that should be accounted for - mask volume, materials, coatings, viewing angles, fit with snorkel.I asked how a snorkel attaches to a mask and the staff member said the snorkel just clips on. After I selected a mask they 'helped' take it up to the counter for me. I expected them to return and help me pick a snorkel, but they decided chatting to another staff member about their personal life was more important.From my brief interaction with this staff member, it didn't seem like they had much subject matter expertise or even wanted to be there in the first place.I went to the snorkel section and waited for a few minutes until I was able to flag down a different staff member, who was able to explain the differences in each snorkel in detail and provide me an informed recommendation based on my level of experience.

I started spearfishing more regularly recently and Adreno not only has everything I need, it has Paul. He is super helpful, knowledgeable and kits me out each time with gear that I actually use. Paul also has provided me with heaps of tips that have made my dives better and more fruitful. He has the friendliest vibe and I would happily empty out my account upon every visit. I never write reviews and I used on buy gear online, but have now found in store is much better.

They have an excellent, extensive selection of all diving gear.But none of the workers greeted us as we entered the shop, or enquired if we would like some assistance or advice.I recommend this shop, but would appreciate a g'day when I walk in.Then they get 5 stars.

Had issues after a battery change on my Cressi dive watch. Brought it in to get help with troubleshooting how and why. It took some time back and forth between the retailer and supplier which I can appreciate can take some time.Jordan was so wonderful and apologetic at every contact. Communication can be difficult but I really appreciated the time taken to help with a solution.Loved my Cressi dive watch so much and Jordan was able to obtain a part credit which I am so happy that this was possible. Thank you also for the helpful information to assist me in choosing a replacement Cressi watch that meets my needs. Awesome team!

Absolutely bloody brilliant customer service from the Adreno team, as per usual. Replaced my computer battery free of charge after it went flat quicker than expected and also helped me out with some wetsuit clips that were hard to source. Cheers legends.

I've bought almost all of my scuba gear from Adreno, and I have never been disappointed and always had an amazing experience. Staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They have fantastic customer service, which assists greatly when you're relatively new to the sport.

I'm a beginner freediver and went into the Adreno Brisbane store last week to get a full kit of gear. From the moment I stepped in, I knew I was in good hands. I was served by a lovely staff member who was incredibly patient with me and explained everything and recommended products that were suited to a beginner. I need a special shout out for their patience with me on trying on wetsuits too. I'll definitely be going back for anything else I need.
