Nadeena is an absolute God in my book. He alleviate my sciatica in my left leg within 4 visits. The care and precision of his treatment is outstanding. The aftercare is is comprehensive and really well thought out. It shows the he cares about each person.The practice see's the patient's as people not numbers. Reception are friendly and professional.Head2toe Moonee Ponds is clearly a stand out in the field.

After years of a lower back injury I’ve tried more Physio’s than I can count. After only a few sessions with Nadeena I’m already making real progress and couldn’t be happier. Unlike previous physio’s he didn’t just assume the problem to be a generic most common issue. Instead Nadeena spends time and real consideration to really assess, identify and diagnose exactly what the issues are. Subsequently the exercises and treatment he has provided me have immediately targeted the problematic areas. Couldn’t recommend him enough! Thanks Nadeena!

I dislocated and broke my shoulder where my ortho surgeon informed me I would only gain up to 80% mobility back. Whilst I was disheartened by this news, Nadeena never settled for this. Nadeena showed such knowledge and understanding to all my questions and niggles. I now have 98% mobility back and couldn’t have done it without Nadeena’s confidence and perseverance.

I suffered a back injury and had been seeing a Physio at another clinic for about 3 weeks, without much progress. Nadeena was recommended to me by a number of people and I’m glad I made the decision to see him.Nadeena was right onto it, finding the cause of the pain and treating it in the first session. He was professional and knew what he was doing. Within 2 weeks and only 3 appointments my back issue was resolved and I am pain free.I would highly recommend Nadeena and the team at Head2Toe Physio therapy to anyone who wants quality assessment and treatment of back injuries.

Reading through the reviews I had a similar experience with Nadeena which is no suprise! He was able to fix my tennis elbow very quickly. I was having elbow pain for months now and seeing other physios but with his dry needling he was able to fix it straight away. The guy is a genius and knows what his talking about.

Since the day I underwent dry needling from Nadeena in my glutes over a year ago, I have experienced daily pain, numbness and tingling all the way down my leg.**EDIT IN RESPONSE TO REPLY FROM OWNER**I'm surprised that sarcasm is deemed an appropriate form of communication for such highly trained and professional outfit. But that being the case, may I just add that isn't it such a coincidence that my symptoms began the exact day - no minute - of the dry needling?!

Nadeena at Head2Toe has been treating me for chronic back pain for about 3 months now that i had been experiencing for around 2 years. After trying unsuccessfully with other physio's previously i could tell from my very first appointment that i was finally going to get somewhere. Right now i'm feeling almost 100%. I cannot recommend Head2Toe and more specifically Nadeena's treatment enough and if the other practitioners are as good as he is at what they do i can't see why anyone would need any other clinic. A+++++ from me

On a positive note, Richard was awesome, as usual! Thankyou.On a negative note, why have appointment times been reduced by 10 mins? Now only 20mins rather than 30mins. A reduction by one third, but no reduction in the cost of the appointment. Please can you go back to 30mins? It was one of the things that set your practice apart from others!Also, please can I suggest if you are going to do treatment in your reception/waiting area that your put some screening/frosting on the glass wall. I can’t imagine anyone wants to put a floor show on for people waiting at medical one. Thankyou.
