We have been using Speedie Waste for our waste disposal needs since 2006 and during that time we have found them to be reliable and good value. We have had our cafe for 10 years. We tried other services but Speedie Waste is by far the best- best rates and when you call them to change/check services you speak with one person who sorts it out. If you are shopping around beware of Premier Waste, worst company I have ever dealt with- ever!

Amazing company to work with. Bins are always on time and it’s owners are humble, genuine people. Would recommend this service to all my friends and family.

Extremely poor customer service. 45 minutes waiting time to speak to representative to book cardboard service as a existing client.3 times hanged my phone. Guys pull up your pant otherwise not only you will lose me as a corporate account but also loose other accounts too..

Very bad services. The driver said he empty our bin but he didn't and not the first time either. Sometimes the driver doesn't even show up and when you call them again they charge you double. Bad service, doesn't get their job done and lying to the customers.

Before I sign up with them Rachael from sales department pretend to be professional right after she sign me up you never hear from her again.For 3 weeks they never sent a driver to collect my rubbish every time I have to make a phone call to the office, they apologise and send a driver to come back to pick up my rubbish.Watch out , they are not capable of providing any sort of service . Simply they don’t not care and don’t understand how their lack of care put their customers operation at risk.

Very dissatisfied with there rep never returned my messages I was the one chasing them no customer service!. I was going to be a potential new customer!!.After telling them from the start that I work from home then 3 days later get told oh its a residential area not sure if we can do that area.After explaining that JJ Richards don't have a problem servicing the area and the street is a very wide road she replied she'd have to speak with the driver ,fair enough I thought.Still didn't get a call back so i again had to call her to get the response sorry we don't do residential areas. Well great customer service you'll never hear back from me nor anyone I know!!!!. If they didn't want to do this area then fine should of told me that from the start, luckily I still have my current bin as that was getting picked up the following dayto be returned then I would of had nothing..

Kristina came out to see us today and was an amazing help. She sat down with us for half an hour and helped us crunch some numbers and through some minor tweaks we are now saving everyone time and money. Great service and would highly recommend.

Foamex have used Speedie Waste for their Commercial waste disposal for 18months now and we have nothing but praise for the way they go about it. The team are a pleasure to work with, nothing is too hard, and they are very competitively priced. I have no concerns recommending Speedie for any commercial outfit keen on reliable service at an exceptional rate.

Called Six times whilst 5 of the first times calling through, was told I would be transfered to someone else just to try and answer a question then when in the middle of transferring me through, I get disconnected from the call 5 times in a row. Then when I finally speak to a representative that may possibly answer my question, she dodges answering the question and straight denies service because of the workload it take for a customers request. Please Fix the quality of YOUR SERVICE!!
