Vivian is an absloute angel. My iPad didnt work, and it literally part of my income.I use to draw with it, and was so afraid all my drawings were gone forever.I was greeted by Vivan, who I explained the situation to. She was worried as much as I was and was so caring. Ive never experienced such customer service, EVER.I came the day after, and vivian tries 3 times to updatw the firmware, my ipad was really messed up. But, alas, she fixed it and it was working as new with everything on it!Please, do yourself a favour and if you have any problems trust me, this is the best place to get it fixed.
