Gillian is a compassionate, knowledgeable and experienced physio who not only listened carefully to my problems but also took into account what I wanted to get out of each session. She is very up to date with the latest research in the field of hip and lower back pain and pelvic floor issues (all of which is also evident from her LinkedIn posts). She patiently explained every test and exercise, and now I am feeling better than ever with strategies I can use to help myself. She also has a wonderful physio assistant and a great clinical pilates setup.

Fantastic business that is a one stop shop to helping with a range of physio, skeletal, muscle, pelvic issues.I have had treatment with Gill (physio)and I found her to be a caring and competent practitioner who investigates the body as a whole, and remedies issues.Many other services are available, pilates, podiatry, etc.Highly recommended!!!
