I have rented through village realty several times. Rochelle and her team are nothing sort of wonderful. My experience has been nothing but positive. Emails and phone calls have always been followed up promptly. Maintenance issues have ways been addressed in a timely manner and respect has always been given to me, the tenant. This real estate is extremely unprofessional, I feel sorry for the owners that have properties being managed by them. I would consider changing agents as they have no care factor when it comes to your investment. Rochelle has a disgraceful attitude, and would suit a position that requires less human interaction.
