With a wide range of clientele, and no job being too difficult nor too basic, One Choice should be your first and only choice for disability support services.As a staff member, I felt valued, respected and heard when offering opinions and suggestions. The team at One Choice were so empathetic and understanding in my employment. I have health conditions of my own, and had hospitalisations throughout my time of employment. I was never made to feel like I'd disappointed them or inconvenienced them - they always supported my and put my health first. They look after their employees just as much as their clients, which was invaluable to me.I sincerely recommend One Choice as an employer, and as the only choice for Disability Support within Gippsland and the surrounding area. 11/10

All the support worker’s that come and assist my son with community access and dealing with the world that’s beyond the front door, are fantastic people. My son enjoys that they attend and I think they’re bunch of good people too. I get well with them also. Brenton is the guy that I hear from if ever there’s any adjustments to workers but most of the time he’s being proactive and giving me suggestions on how to support my son in different and most times, better ways then mine, to help get my son to engage.
